How to make a healthy lunch in five min

We are positive that there are times that most of you have busy and intense days. Which means that you hardly have time to cook or even eat. I know it can get really crazy, but it is important to always find time to rest and feed yourself.
But it is also important that you feed your body with the right nutrients, and cooking your meal shouldn’t have to be that complicated. Here is a quick, healthy, veggie salad-type meal with sourdough bread and avocado.
The ingredients you will need to make this delicious vegetarian salad meal are:
Green leaf salad
Baby tomatoes
– Green and black olives
– 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
– 1 Avocado
– Two slices of sourdough bread
– Salt and ground pepper

How to make it

In one plate, simply prepare the salad with the olives, tomatoes, the olive oil, lemon and seasoning. And on the side spread the avocado on each slice of bread. A few drops of olive oil and a pinch of salt on the crashed avocado will make a difference.
